LSU student doesn't answer SEC football Jeopardy! questions (Video)

Not every student at an SEC school is a die-hard football fan.

Given the sport's popularity amongst fanbases in the south, it may seem that way. But here's some proof that football love isn't a requirement.

It's college tournament time on Jeopardy! and one of the categories on Tuesday's show included questions about SEC football. With a student from LSU among the three contestants, he figured to be the favorite to answer clues about former South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier and Alabama running back Derrick Henry.

He was silent on both.

We're not going to give anyone grief for not being a football fan. We all have different interests. But Kevin's answers are a bit perplexing when you consider that he apparently knew a question from earlier in the category. One of the clues was about this infamous Rutgers play. And he got it right.

Maybe Kevin's a Big Ten football fan. If he is, he better keep that quiet. That may be considered worse by some in SEC country than not being a football fan at all.
